This is such an easy and healthy breakfast that can be eaten at the table or in your car! It's so good for your brain in so many ways - lots of plant protein and healthy fats!
Wheat Middle Eastern Flat Bread (or your choice)
Spread with Nut Butter of your choice
Slice Apples and lay them down on half of the flat bread
Sprinkle with crushed Walnuts
Sprinkle with raw Hemp Hearts (avail. at any health store)
Sprinkle with Trader Joes (or alternative) Super Seed and Ancient Grain Blend (buckwheat, millet, chia seed, flax seed, red quinoa, hemp seed and amaranth)
Drizzle with just a touch of Agave or natural sweetener of your choice across the top and FOLD!
For the colder months, feel free to add spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, etc.
