What It's All About

This session is designed to balance out the Third Eye to allow those who are driven by logic to access their intuition and those driven by intuition to access discernment, for maximum Third Eye potential and effectiveness. We’ll start off with an *Energy Balance Session, and then we’ll get up close and personal with your Ajna or Third Eye Chakra to increase perception, awareness, wisdom and insight. Each session is different, depending on what’s needed but we will be utilizing different healing modalities such as energy healing, breathwork, vibrational sound therapy, Restorative Yoga, binaural beats, mantras, meditations, visualizations and affirmations. *Energy Balance Session - Using Pranic Healing and other Energy Wellness Techniques; we’ll discover imbalances in your Biofield, talk about how they might be impacting you in your life, and then clear the imbalances so you can go on with your day feeling lighter and better able to handle what comes your way.
